The Internet has given us a great many new ways to do things
more quickly and efficiently, but as remarkable as all the technology
is, it doesn't have a heart.
We believe that there are people who still want the personal
touch. One of the biggest problems we've found is that there
aren't very many opportunities to speak to live, caring people
when problems arise.
A lot of companies do what we do. We believe that the way to
do things better is to remember that our customers are people
out there at the other end of the line. We'll provide your services
your way, but we won't forget you when the transaction is complete.
And that, we believe, is how you build customer-service relationships
that can last.
